ELANA Eurofund
ELANA Eurofund is a low-risk euro-denominated fund with approval by the Bulgarian Financial Supervision Commission as of 29th April 2009. This fund was designed as a more cost-effective alternative to the first fund of the asset manager ELANA Fund Management, IC ELANA Eurofund, registered back in 2002 as an investment company.

What is the investment strategy of the fund?
ELANA Eurofund employs a conservative investment strategy. It invests mainly in debt and money market instruments and only up to 20% in equity depending on certain market conditions. The investment constraints according to the prospectus are the following:

. The entry fee of ELANA Eurofund is 0.1% of NAV per share published on the day of the order execution. This fee is valid for individual investment of up to EUR 999 999.99. For sums of and over EUR 1 mln there is no entry fee.
. The exit fee of ELANA Eurofund is 0.3% of NAV per share published on the day of the order execution, which is valid for sums up to EUR 999 999.99. There is no exit fee for amounts of and over EUR 1 mln.
. No fees are charged for any additional service to investors offered by ELANA Fund Management.
What is the fund management fee?
The maximum amount of the management fee for the asset manager ELANA Fund Management is set on 0.75% of the average net assets value of the fund. The management fee is not paid directly by investors when buying or selling shares. It is regularly calculated within each NAV report. The asset manager can decide on certain days to calculate less than the maximum amount of the fee or not to calculate a charge at all.

The net asset value per share of ELANA Eurofund, issue price and redemption price per share are being calculated every working day.

ELANA Eurofund publishes share prices every working day on www.elana.net and through the website of the Bulgarian Association of Asset Managers in a number of dailies. Simultaneously, ELANA Eurofund reports the prices upon calculation to the Financial Supervision Commission and the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
Can you purchase partial shares of ELANA Eurofund?
Investors can place an order for a certain amount of money they have decided to invest - so they can purchase also partial fund shares.
When will you be able to sell your shares?
ELANA Eurofund will start share redemption after the fund net assets reach BGN 500 000. However, it is advisable for investors to consider a longer time horizon for investment in mutual funds in order to take advantage of those products.

ELANA Fund Management publishes regularly information about ELANA funds' performance on monthly and annual basis; funds' NAV and funds' portfolio structures in the end of the month.
