ONLINE TRADING ON THE BSE - SOFIA (COBOS® -electronic trading system of the BSE)
The stockbroker ELANA Trading provides its clients with the option of trading on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange – Sofia directly from their own PC, and we pay the BSE annual fee of 72 BGN.
As the first open-end mutual fund in the country, the ELANA Eurofund established a new era of investment opportunities for Bulgarians. Shares of the Fund may be traded in real time (via Internet) without fees or commissions.
COBOS® is the Bulgarian Stock Exchange’s internet based application. It provides investors with a tool for real time access to the BSE trade system. This system is becoming ever more popular and already accounts for 20% more trade than traditional transaction on the floor of the stock exchange.

COBOS® provides clients of licensed Investment Intermediaries with secure, real time access to the BSE-Sofia trade system;

The system was developed by the BSE – Sofia and provides equal resources to all clients;

This system has a short 15 second delay so real time access means transactions are actualized 15 seconds after they take place.

 1. Documents |
- Fill in the Registration Form for COBOS clients (1 copy).
- Fill in the Brockerage Services Agreement for securities trade and its Annex (2 copies).

| 2. Registration |
With the completed documents and the proper identification, stop by the closest ELANA’s office. To further enhance the exceptional service clients have come to expect from ELANA, we now pay the BSE’s annual COBOS user fee charged to our clients (72 BGN). |

| 3. Certificate installation |
After we process the investor’s registration form (3-4 days), we will e-mail a numerical certificate which must be installed on the investor’s computer. The instructions for installation of the certificate may be found below in the COBOS user manual. The certificate provides authorization for secure, real time access to the BSE trade system.

| 4. Trade |
After completing certificate installation, go to the BSE website at http://www.bse-sofia.bg
and open the “COBOS” menu. Then open the “COBOS entrance” submenu. Upon entering the site, the browser will request the required certificate.
On the site entrance, the browser is asking for the certificate that shall be used.
