Martin Nikolov has more than 30 years of professional experience in investments and financial markets and has been part of ELANA since the company’s founding. Over the years, he has played a key role in the development of the group’s investment business and has accumulated extensive management experience across different areas of the financial sector.

After stepping down as Chief Executive Officer of ELANA Fund Management in early 2026, he continues to contribute to the company’s development as Advisor to the Board of Directors. In this role, he provides his expertise and extensive practical experience on strategic matters related to investment management and business development.

Before taking over the management of ELANA Fund Management, Martin Nikolov served as Chief Executive Officer of the investment intermediary ELANA Trading. His professional career within the group has given him in-depth insight into capital markets, investment strategies and the development of financial services in Bulgaria.

Martin Nikolov holds a degree in Economics from New Bulgarian University. He has completed specialized training in foreign exchange risk hedging at Merrill Lynch in London and in technical analysis at ING Bank in Vienna.
