Initial Public Offering for shares of Bulmetal AD

Bulmetal is the largest metal packaging solutions provider in Bulgaria, processing more than 13,000 tons tin plate per annum based in the town of Gurkovo. To strengthen its market position, the Company acquired  the two producers of metal packaging machines Cevolani, Italy and BIBRA, Germany, whose contributions now represent over a third of Bulmetal’s revenue, enhancing profit margins and expanding its client base.
