Elana Agricultural Land Fund REIT is a company that invests in real estate and in particular agricultural land. The company continues the business of the ELANA group in the field of financial products in the agricultural sector. It is a natural successor of the first agricultural land fund in the country, established and developed by ELANA in the period 2005-2009 (with the same name "ELANA Agricultural Land Fund" REIT), through which nearly 74 132 acres of agricultural land were successfully purchased, and after its liquidation shareholders received over 180% return on their investment.
